ABOUT THE AUTHOR
After graduating from the University of Tennessee and serving in the Air Force, Jon held a number of successful marketing management positions with two of the largest insurance companies in the United States. He also served on the advisory boards of several other insurers.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of several associations and has served in an elected capacity on a local government land use advisory group.
He is the co-founder and former President of Summit Benefits, an employee benefit brokage and consulting firm.
Throughout his career, he has always maintained a keen interest exploring the various managment and personal behavioral changes that people have made in order to achieve success.
He now devotes his time to writing how-to and self-development books that encourage and enable people to become more successful.
